We’ll also show you self-build homes, which were constructed without any design rules apart from a zoning law. Come and have a look how Amsterdamers created their own dream houses! You’ll get an insight into different housing models and the diversity of ideas in the Netherlands.
To finish, we’ll visit the newest icon of the islands: a terraced housing block with a water-filled courtyard and a marina.
